Minibus to help students with travel difficulties

A new minibus on lease from Ford’s local Hendy Group, has arrived at the College to help those students who find getting to College difficult.

It has been branded for free by the company and personally delivered by Paul Mockett, Director of Hendy Hire (Hendy Group). He said: ‘The Hendy Group are proud to assist Gosport College with vehicle fleet requirements and to help the local community.’

Derek Marston, Vice-Principal Resources and Finance, added: ‘The minibus for Gosport College provides not only a great service for the students, but enables them to get between the sites. They can still enjoy the facilities and be involved in the many enrichment activities available at the main campus as a result of this.
