This practical course is suitable for students requiring a more active style of learning. The technical syllabus will include coaching sessions on: football fitness, passing, shooting, turning, receiving the ball, dribbling, running with the ball, and heading. You will also look at how to coach phases of play and functions of play in attack and defending. Course units include:
