Level 2 Brickwork

Entry requirements

To enrol on the Level 2 Diploma you will be expected to have successfully completed the Level 1 qualification in Brickwork.

Course Details

This course will give you the opportunity to develop and expand your skills in brickwork crafts. You will learn about building with a wider variety of materials, building more complicated cavity walls, thin-joint walling techniques, and how to interpret drawings and set out masonry structures.

The course has been specially developed so that you can learn in a training environment using real-life simulated conditions. You will need to demonstrate increasingly advanced bricklaying skills as you develop them during the training.

Next Steps

If you are successful and show us that you can work hard, you could go on to the Level 3 course, increasing your employment prospects.

If you pass the course, you will be able to demonstrate to employers that you have the potential to successfully follow a craft or technician apprenticeship.
